• Peter Cooper’s snippets site was one of the first ones that really took off, and as such it has a good collection of Ruby and Rails snippets.

• Rails Weenie (from core member Technoweenie) is a rails specific tip/q&a site. You gain points by answering others questions, and can use your points to ask your own questions. A nice system.

• Text Snippets is a snippets site from the folks at Joyent/Textdrive, so its obviously a bit more centered around linux sysadmin type stuff.
